Another Princess is in Our Castle is a fun little fan made Mario 64 horror game where you visit Peach’s castle a few years after her untimely death.
In Another Princess is in Our Castle you embark on one of Mario’s spookiest adventures yet, inside Peach’s Castle from Mario 64. It seems Peach died a few years ago and now the castle is empty. Or rather, it SHOULD be empty, but Peach’s tormented ghost still haunts the halls. You need to avoid Peach while collecting various statuettes of classic N64 characters, and hopefully you’ll unravel the mystery at the heart of the castle…
The current build of Another Princess is in Our Castle takes around 15 minutes to play through and sees you collecting the first eight statuettes in the castle. You can hide in chests to avoid Peach’s ghost, but not if she’s too close. You can also try to run, but you only have a limited amount of stamina so you need to make it count.
It’s a great little horror twist on a beloved Mario 64 location and it manages to be surprisingly scary despite its colorful N64 styled visuals. Maybe Mario should call up his brother to deal with the problem though – he’s got much more experience with ghostbusting!
