Asteroid Fight is a competitive multiplayer real-time strategy game that sees you colonizing asteroids, expanding your military and piloting your uniquely modified Commander ship into battle.
Asteroid Fight combines elements of RTS and MOBA gameplay as players do battle in 4v4 real-time combat (with other modes such as Capture the Flag and Last Man Standing planned). The ultimate goal of each match is to destroy your opponent’s warp gate which is guarded by defense turrets and doors which need to be blown up first. In order to take down the warp gate you’ll first need to build your forces which you do by colonizing asteroids and building units in factories. During the match you earn XP for everything you do and when your team’s XP reaches a certain point you all level up at the same time, allowing everyone to choose an upgrade for their Commander ship.
The Commander ship is a highly customizable ship that you control directly on the battlefield. Before each battle you can modify it with weapons and equipment that you’ve earned from previous battles, allowing you to customize it to your playstyle. Furthermore, it’s highly unlikely that any two items you equip will be the same, as they all have randomised modifiers for their attack, control, utility and support stats.
