Autopsy Simulator features a macabre fusion of simulation and horror gameplay as you perform realistic autopsies while also unraveling a dark mystery surrounding your long lost wife.
In Autopsy Simulator you will assume the role of Jack, a pathologist who must examine reports and the corpses that come into his morgue to discover their story. This involves cutting the bodies of the deceased open, examining their internal organs and noting anything out of the ordinary.
However, one day during a routine autopsy on a mysterious woman, you find an engagement ring inside her. That engagement ring belonged to your missing wife. This revelation leads you down a dark path as you battle sinister forces and your own thoughts to discover the truth.
You’ll definitely need a strong stomach for this one as the corpses and the autopsy procedures look very realistic. If you can handle a little blood, guts and other internal organs there’s a lot to like about Autopsy Simulator’s unique fusion of horror and simulation gameplay though.
