PS4, PS5 and PC owners can now sign up to Beta test Babylon’s Fall, an epic new co-op multiplayer action RPG from Square Enix and PlatinumGames (creators of Bayonetta and Vanquish).
In Babylon’s Fall you’ll join a group of powerful warriors who set out to conquer the Tower of Babylon. You take on the role of a Sentinel and you’ll use a handy bit of equipment called a Gideon Coffin as you fight your way through monster-filled dungeons and boss fights. The Gideon Coffins allow you to use combinations of four weapons at once, which should offer plenty of different tactical opportunities.
It looks gorgeous with its “brushwork style” that gives the game a medieval oil painting aesthetic, and PlatinumGames certainly know how to make great action games. The Babylon’s Fall closed Beta will be available on PS4, PS5 and Steam in the US, Canada, Brazil, the UK, France, Germany and Japan.
