Batora: Lost Haven is a narrative-driven hack ‘n slash action RPG where a gifted teenage girl sets out on a journey that will change the universe after a mysterious event left Earth in ruins.
In Batora: Lost Haven you take on the role of Avril, a sixteen year old girl who finds that she has been gifted with mental and physical powers. Earth has been devastated by a mysterious cosmic event and now Avril sets out on an adventure to try and save it. Along the way Avril will find that there’s a fine line between good and evil and that her actions will have real consequences. Will she be a defender or a conqueror?
The gameplay in Batora: Lost Haven looks fast paced and fun, with you hacking, slashing and shooting your way through monsters from a top-down/isometric viewpoint. You can switch between your physical and mental modes too, offering up different tactical options. You’ll also need to keep an eye on your physical and mental health as you’re toast if one runs out.
It’s a promising game that looks set to off fast paced hack n’ slash fun, with a nice amount of depth, both in terms of both gameplay and narrative. The Batora: Lost Haven closed Alpha test will take place from July 21st to August 4th, so sign up now for a chance to join in the fight.
