Battle Splash 2.0 (a.k.a. Trianga’s Project: Battle Splash 2.0) is a fun non-violent multiplayer arena shooter that substitutes guns for a variety of water-based weaponry as up to 32 players join in a massive water fight.
As we mentioned during the closed Beta, the reasons behind this game being called “Trianga’s Project: Battle Splash 2.0” are a little complex, but the result is that this is actually the first game in the series and it features fast, fun water-based combat set in a virtual world. It has an all-female cast of four playable characters, each with their own unique stats and special abilities, that you can do battle with across multiple game modes. It also makes good use of the water based weaponry, with splash damage affected by the surfaces your projectiles bounce off and the ability to run fast to dry yourself off (and recover health).
Battle Splash 2.0 impresses with its charming anime-styled visuals, friendly atmosphere and non-violent water-based combat. A big happy water fight that’s well worth dipping your toes into.
