Beta sign ups are now live for Battlerite Royale, a standalone spin-off that plans to bring Battlerite’s top-down fantasy MOBA gameplay to the battle royale genre.
The original Battlerite was released last year and managed to garner a sizeable player base and critical acclaim in a market flooded with MOBAs. It earned its success by streamlining the MOBA, removing farming and skill trees to allow for fast paced and easily accessible gameplay. You don’t have to worry about levelling up your character correctly, you just choose your character and a loadout of five cards then join in the fight.
Battlerite Royale plans to bring Battlerite‘s easily accessible MOBA gameplay to the battle royale genre, complete with all the playable champions. Any cosmetic items that you have earned in Battlerite will transfer over to Battlerite Royale and the champions have been tweaked to make them more deadly (to allow for faster paced matches).
