Gaming’s most notorious bobcat returns in an unexpected 3D adventure that embraces its protagonist’s infamous reputation. Bubsy 4D launches our feline friend into space when Earth’s sheep – transformed into deadly BaaBots through alien technology – target his prized possession.
Fabraz has equipped Bubsy with a surprisingly robust moveset: wall-climbing, pouncing, gliding, and a new hairball form for high-speed rolling. This versatile platforming system caters to both casual players and dedicated speedrunners competing on online leaderboards.
It’s a very promising 3D platforming adventure with responsive controls, a versatile moveset, fun level design and plenty of offbeat Busby humor. The bobcat’s been the butt of many jokes over the years, it’s nice that it’s finally his time to shine (or it may be a sign that the world is ending).
