Dead Dreams: Still Water is a freaky pixel art psychological horror game that finds you trapped in a strange facility where your fears, anxieties and guilty past manifest themselves as monsters.
Drawing inspiration from Silent Hill 2 and P.T., Dead Dreams: Still Water is a very creepy and surreal little horror game where the puzzles, creatures and horror elements all reflect something about your past. In the game your character finds himself trapped in a hospital-like facility and must piece together clues, talk to weird characters and find a golden key to unlock the way out.
The current build of Dead Dreams: Still Water is a demo, but it works as a standalone story and takes around 30 minutes to play through. The narrative is interesting, the monster designs are very freaky and the puzzles are fun to work out (particularly a P.T.-esque looping corridor section). Well worth checking out for a half hour of freaky psychological horror.
