Decrepit is a first-person action game with souls-like combat where every death strips your gear and drags you back into the depths of a forsaken castle.
In Decrepit you fight your way through winding corridors, unlock permanent shortcuts, and loot gear from the undead to define your build. Combat is stamina-based and punishing – read enemy telegraphs, time your strikes, and exploit openings. Carry one weapon, one staff, and one armor piece, mixing archetypes like Mage, Warrior, Rogue, or Shaman for set bonuses and unique abilities.
Each run starts in a different cell, but knowledge persists. Memorize layouts, discover hidden passages, and watch the impossible become manageable.
