Devil’s Tower is a retro styled isometric puzzle platforming adventure set in a Satanic tower that’s become so powerful that even the Devil can’t control it.
Drawing inspiration from Diablo II, Solstice (NES) and the dungeons in the Zelda games, Devil’s Tower follows a band of thieves who get more than they bargain for when they break into the Devil’s Tower in search of an ancient artefact. After being captured they now must explore, solve puzzles and fight for their survival as they attempt to escape alive. Each room is a self contained level which can require a mixture of platforming and puzzle solving to beat.
It’s a great looking game with some excellent Diablo II-esque character animation and a room-based isometric visual style that feels fondly reminiscent of ZX Spectrum isometric classics like Head over Heels. Sign up for the Alpha to see if you can escape the Devil’s Tower.
