Discrepant is a dark Sci-Fi psychological horror adventure that explores the meaning of existence as reality starts to unwind around you.
Drawing inspiration from Donnie Darko, Dark City and Thirteenth Floor, in Discrepant you follow the journey of Sebastian, a normal small town man who is thrust into a bizarre situation as reality begins to unwind. A screaming man falls to his death right outside your front door, explosions can be heard in the distance and “Fixers” roam the streets cleaning up things that don’t belong – and it seems that you are one of the things that don’t belong. On your adventure you’ll be able to talk to your wife over a radio, which helps you cling on to your sanity, but she seems to be just as lost as you are so you’ll have to find out what’s going on yourself.
