Dumbriel is a 2D metroidvania action-adventure set in Hell, where you play as a clumsy fallen angel carving a path through a twisted underworld.
In Dumbriel you will slash, craft, and dodge through deadly arenas filled with weird monsters and hellish traps. Fast-paced, strategic combat rewards precision and creativity, allowing you to shape your abilities and spells to match your playstyle. Exploration is key as you unlock new powers to reach hidden areas, each rich with lore and secrets.
The journey is punctuated by multi-phase boss fights against enemies with deep backstories, each a meaningful part of the world. As you die, upgrade, and dive back in, you’ll unravel the dark mysteries hidden within each hellish layer.
