Dungeon Royale blends roguelite dungeon crawling with battle royale as you explore, battle bosses, collect loot, and slay other players in a fight to be the last one standing in a monster-filled dungeon!
The core dungeon crawling gameplay in Dungeon Royale is similar to the likes of The Binding of Isaac – you fight your way through a network of monster-filled rooms, collect loot and battle bosses. However, you’re not alone in the dungeon – it’s also filled with other players and everyone is fighting to be the last one standing. The dungeon contains special rooms, items and equipment that can improve your chances of survival. If you do die though then it’s not game over – you can come back as a monster (or even a boss) and attempt to slay the remaining players.
It’s a very cool concept that could be a lot of fun as you battling monsters and rival players and rival players in the dungeon. The pixel art animation looks excellent and being able to become a monster when you die is a great little touch. Sign up for the Beta to see how you fare in the dungeon!
