Fate of the Cheetahmen: Cygore’s Labyrinth is a retro dungeon crawling arcade adventure inspired by Guardic and Smash TV.
Currently in development by hwilson (creator of Bowling Cross and Cogs of Combat), Fate of the Cheetahmen is a fun little retro arcade dungeon crawler staring some TMNT-esque heroes called the Cheetahmen. The game is played in single-player and local co-op, and sees you making your way through a Smash TV-esque maze of kill rooms filled with enemies to beat up. Your main weapons are your fists, but you can also pick up limited-use weapons and some handy upgrades along the way.
Much like the games it’s inspired by the gameplay in Fate of the Cheetahmen: Cygore’s Labyrinth is fairly simple, but fun. The pixel artwork is excellent, the chip-tune soundtrack is great and the game has a nice variety of challenging enemies. See if you can beat Cygore’s Labyrinth!
