Fight of Steel is a fighting game where big badass customizable robots attempt to turn each other into scrap metal.
Looking like a blend of Street Fighter and Real Steal, Fight of Steel is a spiritual sequel to the well received Fight of Animals, pitting robots against each other rather than cute little animals. It takes place in a distant future where humanity is extinct and robots rule the world. You take on the role of a robot who wakes up with no memory and must fight your way through a tower filled with rival robots to discover what’s going on.
The combat in Fight of Steel aims to be easily accessible while still offering plenty of depth. You won’t be required to carry out Street Fighter style circle motions, instead the various attacks are carried out by pressing a direction and an attack button, while supers are triggered using a single dedicated button. The game also features rollback netcode and the ability to customize your robot with different parts and moves to tailor them to your fighting style.
