Going Medieval is a medieval colony simulation where you guide your villagers, build a multi-story fortress and defend it in an alternate history where 95% of the population was wiped out by disease, famine and religious persecution.
In Going Medieval you’ll manage and build a colony that has emerged from the ashes of a medieval world where 95% of humanity was killed off. You’ll design and grow your settlement, starting with small wooden huts and progressing to a sprawling stone castle with strong defenses. Those defenses will come in handy as you’ll have to deal with barbarian, outlaws and religious fanatics.
You’ll be able to grow your colony by helping out strangers and taking in travellers. To keep your villagers happy and prosperous, they need food, sleep, comfort and safety. They also each have their own personalities, agendas and strengths, allowing you to optimize production lines by assigning them to the roles they’re best suited to.
