Gravity Trails, a cute planet-hopping platformer made for the Ludum Dare 38, has you exploring the galaxy to find a post office box to mail your love letter from.
You have just found a letter on your home planet. It seems like you might have forgotten to bring it to the post office box. Now is a better time than ever, so you must hop from planet to planet in search of this box, to mail your letter from. You are able to jump off of your planet and snap into other planet’s orbits, moving around them as well.
Some planets rotate and others have suns orbiting them. Suns are very dangerous and will kill you if you touch it, however a few planets are dotted with checkpoints so you may not have to go far again. Going from planet to planet, sometimes you do have to jump between suns or time landing on the planet with the orbiting of the sun around the planet.
Gravity Trails doesn’t take long to complete, but it’s a sweet and challenging little game well worth checking out for a fun bit of interplanetary platforming. Seems like a lot of hassle to deliver a little letter though!
