HeroBot! is a 2D action adventure where you can grab enemies, absorb their powers and even combine them to devastating effect.
Drawing inspiration from MegaMan and Kirby, HeroBot! is a pixel art action platformer where you can grab enemies and absorb them. Absorbing them gives you their powers, but you can absorb multiple enemies at once, unlocking some powerful combinations and some ridiculously powerful super combinations – such as transforming yourself into a huge fire-breathing dragon or spawning a massive arsenal of guns.
At the moment the level design feels a little generic and easy, but the pixel art animation is superb and there’s a wide array of cool abilities and powerful combinations to unlock by absorbing your enemies. It’s a lot of fun discovering new combinations and you can do some serious damage with them!
