Holodrive (previously called Project Tilt) draws inspiration from Quake, Team Fortress, DOTA and Mario Kart to create a fast, furious and fun 2D multiplayer arena shooter with intense combat and lots of crazy weaponry.
Holodrive features intuitive gameplay that’s geared towards creating an exciting arena based shooter that’s easy to pick up and play. It’s got a great sense of character and a nice selection of OTT weaponry – from shotguns with bouncing bullets to hypercharging sniper rifles, as well as Mario Kart-style collectable power-ups scattered around the arena (hopefully there’s no blue shell though!)
Even in these early stages of development, Holodrive seems to be doing a lot of things right – creating a fast, fluid multiplayer shooter with a heavy emphasis on fun. Super Mario Quake.
