Hordeguard: Winds of the North is a Viking fantasy defense game that blends tower defense mechanics with real time strategy resource management and intense action combat.
In Hordeguard: Winds of the North you must protect your settlement from relentless waves of mythic enemies by building fortifications and fighting directly on the front lines. You gather materials to raise walls and upgrade structures while developing your hero through an RPG progression system based on upgrade cards. You can venture beyond the safety of your village to hunt for loot and tools, but you must return before the next massive assault begins.
The game supports local split screen cooperative play, allowing you and a friend to divide tasks between building, repairing, and fighting to ensure your shieldwall never breaks under pressure. Join in the playtest to see if you have the viking spirit.
