Jaws of Extinction is a narrative-driven open world survival horror RPG where you search for the source of a fungal parasite that’s turning everyone into mindless zombies.
Playable in single-player, four player co-op or on a DayZ style multiplayer server, Jaws of Extinction is a cervical horror RPG set on an island that’s been infected by a mind-consuming fungal parasite. As you explore the island you’ll fight infected locals, deadly wildlife, armed NPC survivors and other players (if playing in multiplayer). Your survival will require you to build, craft, trade, farm, hunt, fight, scavenge and loot as you make your way through the island’s diverse biomes.
The infected are a little tricker to deal with than your average zombie. Headshots cause a large cloud of fungal spores to spread, so simign for the heart is usually the best option. You also need to be careful when near water as the infected are attracted to it and become extremely dangerous when exposed to it. Sign up for the Beta to see if you can escape the island alive!
