Leila is a beautiful hand drawn narrative-driven puzzle adventure set across pivotal moments of a woman’s life.
In Leila you travel to different scenes that represent different stages of the protagonist’s (Leila’s) life. Each scene has a different type of puzzle to solve, such as hidden object puzzles or connecting wires on a circuit board. As you solve the puzzles Leila narrates about her thoughts, helping you learn more about her and about the motives behind her life decisions.
The Demo takes around 20 minutes to play through and is a spellbinding experience. The artwork and animation are beautiful, the puzzles are creative, the writing is incisive and voicework is superb. A dream-like deep dive into one person’s psyche full of handcrafted charm.
