Previously featured on Alpha Beta Gamer last month during the closed Beta sign up, Let’s Build a Zoo is a zoo tycoon game that plays like a blend of Theme Park and The Island of Dr. Moreau. In the game you take control of your very own zoo where you can create enclosures, set up concession stands, and add an assortment of facilities and decor.
Buildings are important, but the most important thing in any zoo is the animals, and you have a very unique way of curating your collection. You can get traditional animals sent to you from other zoos, but you can also mess around with their DNA to create weird hybrids – such as a crocoduck or a chicken with the head of a cow. There are over 500 normal base animals and over 300,000 hybrids you can create so your zoo is going to have plenty of variety!
