Marvel’s Avengers is now in open Beta on Steam, PS4 and Xbox One, so budding superheroes can now download it and step into the shoes of their favorite Avengers for free!
Marvel’s Avengers is a new third person action adventure from Crystal Dynamics’ (creators of the Tomb Raider games) and Square Enix, which allows you to become an Avenger and team up with other players to save the world. Don’t expect the character to look like they do in the movies (the game is based on the comic books not the MCU), but all your favorites are there – Iron Man, Black Widow, Iron Man, Hulk and MS.Marvel (and Captain America will show up too although he’s presumed dead at the start of the game).
Reviews have been pretty mixed so far, but if there’s a lot to like about Crystal Dynamics’ take on the Marvel universe and the battles have plenty of spectacle. The Beta will run until the 23rd so jump in now for a bit of superhero fun.
