Meat Engine is a sci-fi boomer shooter inspired by Scorn, Quake, Dusk, and Doom, set in a dark distant future stricken with war and death, featuring fast and brutal retro combat across a planet-sized sentient biomass.
In Meat Engine, chaos has taken hold and death is rampant as one of the monarchs degrades, losing control over its territory. Playing as a Stillborn bioweapon tasked with eliminating the Monarch and ending chaos, you’ll blast through eight unique levels introducing new features and enemies. The Meat Engine itself is a planet-sized sentient biomass scouring the universe for living matter, with rage and loathing manifesting in Defective Ones who retain memories or are reduced to savage animals.
Brutal biological and living weaponry eviscerate foes across surreal biomes from fiery factories to parks of homeless souls, with eight unique weapons planned. Gory retro levels and grotesque enemies create an atmosphere worthy of hell itself. Download the demo to rage against the biomass.
