Oblivion Override is a 2D roguelike action game where a you take control of a customizable combat robot and brawl your way through a post-human robotic world.
Previously featured on Alpha Beta Gamer during the closed Beta sign up, Oblivion Override is a fast paces side-scrolling roguelike hack and slash game set within a robotic civilization that grew from the ashes of the human civilization. In the game you take control of an experimental combat robot which can use speed, multi-directional air-dashes, wall-runs and double-jumps to get the drop on your enemies. You can also use a wide variety of weapons, each with their own attack style and you can upgrade your central cortex with abilities and perks.
It’s an impressive game, with fast and fluid combat, a huge range of different viable fighting builds/styles and beautiful 2D visuals. You’ll enjoy going for a ride with Oblivion Override.
