Pear Potion is a charming looking retro styled metroidvania shooter where a little witch fights her way through a fantasy world filled with ghosts, monsters and powerful bosses.
Currently in development by Vemu Games, Pear Potion is a Metroidvania adventure with a fantastic retro visual style that looks fondly reminiscent of The Legend of Zelda on the NES. In the game you’ll take control of a little witch as she explores a sprawling fantasy land in search of a special pear that she needs for her magic potions. You’ll meet NPC’s, battle baddies, unlock upgrades and face off against powerful bosses.
It’s a promising game that looks set to have a nice blend of The Legend of Zelda-esque exploration and fast paced 2D shooter gameplay with a touch of bullet hell when you encounter bosses. Sign up for the Beta to go in search of that rare pear!
