Pizza Tower: Peppino’s Xmas Break is a special festive themed demo build of the upcoming Pizza Tower game, this time seeing your beautifully animated pizza delivery man sent on a missing by Santa – to destroy a Xmas Tower that’s sucking all of the holiday spirit out of the land!
If you’ve played any of the previous demo builds of Pizza Tower then you’ll know what to expect gameplay-wise from Pizza Tower: Peppino’s Xmas Break, but this festive serving is tougher than an overcooked turkey so you’ll need some real skill to beat it. In the game your aim is to scale the tower, beat the boss and escape as fast as possible. Your Wario-esque character Peppino has some useful tricks up his sleeve to achieve this – including the ability to roll, turn into a rocket and run up walls.
Due to the higher difficulty the gameplay in Pizza Tower: Peppino’s Xmas Break doesn’t flow quite as well as in previous iterations but it’s still a lot of fun and well worth checking out if you like a challenge. The animation and artwork are as superb as ever and the game world is packed full of fun little collectibles and secrets to discover. A fine festive platforming romp well worth checking out.
