Platypus Reclayed offers two-player simultaneous action, adjustable difficulty settings, and an enhanced version of the original soundtrack featuring licensed 1980s game tune remixes. The game combines nostalgic appeal with modern improvements, making it accessible for both newcomers and longtime fans.
The demo features one large level split up into three stages. It’s a good old fashioned arcade shoot ‘em up (rather than bullet hell), that offers a nice challenge, while still being easily accessible and fun to play. The vibrant claymation visuals are superb and the soundtrack is excellent too. Highly recommended.
