Plura Ingenia: Patient 16 is a first-person psychological horror game that studies your actual personality through unsettling questions and disturbing trials, then reshapes the entire experience around who you really are.
In Plura Ingenia: Patient 16, you wake inside a sterile medical facility run by a corporation promising to make humans “better”, though what that means remains deeply unclear. A formal psychological evaluation profiles your personality traits, fears, and behavioral tendencies, then uses that data to alter hallucinations, encounters, and story beats in real time. Two players might face entirely different versions of the same scenario depending on how they answered and reacted. Survival means running, hiding, and scavenging interactive environments for anything that helps you endure the program’s escalating tests.
The mystery of why you’re here and what lurks beyond the hospital walls unfolds differently with each playthrough, making repeat visits genuinely unpredictable. If you’re looking for horror that gets inside your head, this game has plenty of patients… er, patience for that!
