Professor Lupo and His Horrible Pets is a beautifully animated point and click puzzle game where you attempt to escape from a space station that’s filled with the most deadly creatures in the universe.
In Professor Lupo and His Horrible Pets you take control of an assistant of the titular Professor Lupo, who has become trapped in a badly damaged space station. You need to make your escape, but unfortunately the space station is filled with a collection of all the most deadly creatures in the universe, most have which have now escaped their containment and are now roaming the halls.
The current build of Professor Lupo and His Horrible Pets takes around 15 minutes to play through and introduces you to three of the deadly alien creatures. If they catch you they will eat you, but each creature has different behavioural patterns that you can exploit to your advantage.
It’s a fun little puzzler with beautiful hand drawn animation, a nice sense of humor and some wonderfully grotesque looking monsters. The puzzles on offer in the current build are fairly simple, though there are bonus collectibles that offer more of a challenge and things get a lot more interesting when you get two different creatures to interact with each other. They truly are horrible pets, but they make for an interesting puzzler!
