Psalm 2 is a first-person psychological horror walking simulator where your elevator serves as the only sanctuary during a descent through fragmented realities, with each floor hiding a mysterious resident you must discover before continuing downward.
In Psalm 2 you navigate sequential floors that each present distorted fragments of reality lasting approximately 35-50 minutes total, never knowing whether threats lurk around corners, blend seamlessly into environments, or exist without physical form at all.
The elevator refuses to descend until you uncover what each floor conceals, forcing exploration through beautifully rendered environments enhanced by volumetric 3D audio that amplifies every unsettling detail. Realistic graphics immerse you in atmospheres where dread builds not from jump scares but from the uncertainty of what inhabits these dark shafts and distorted spaces.
The demo is about 15 minutes long and is pretty terrifying, with a thick atmosphere and some well executed jump scares. An elevator ride to hell well worth jumping on.
