Punk Runner is a fantastic looking game where you get to drive and race a flying car around the vast Blade Runner-esque cyberpunk city of Neo-Paris.
It may look like something out of Blade Runner or The Fifth Element, but Punk Runner actually draws most inspiration from Need For Speed Underground 2. In the game players will be able to drive their flying cars around a vast floating cyberpunk city, fully customize and upgrade their cars, and race other drivers that they meet on the “roads” in one-on-one duels.
It’s still early in development, but Punk Runner already looks very cool and the core gameplay already looks like a lot of fun. The idea of Need for Speed Underground 2 with flying cars is pretty sweet, and most notably, your flying car actually moves like you think a flying car should, rather than just behaving a reskinned chopper or airplane.
