Puppetmaster: The Shadow Government Simulator is a little like Risk, but with you using intimidation, seduction, surveillance and bribery to convert region leaders to your cause rather than going to war. If you convert the region leader then you will control that region, but each operation you perform while trying to convert that leader increases your exposure level. You work in the shadows so exposure really isn’t good for your business – reach a 100% exposure level and you’ll fail.
