R.A.I.L. Together is a cooperative zombie survival game for up to four players where you maintain a moving train as your only refuge while scavenging stations for resources.
In R.A.I.L. Together your train serves as home, workshop and lifeline, constantly requiring repairs as zombies attack, fuel depletes and critical systems fail. Each player assumes essential roles like hauling cargo, defending the path, repairing rails or fighting infected hordes, with individual mistakes cascading into group emergencies. Station stops provide brief opportunities to rush into buildings, gather metal, craft tracks and secure supplies before the deteriorating train forces departure. Zombies disrupt carefully planned operations by breaking rhythm and forcing abandoned objectives, though creative crews can even convert them into alternative fuel sources. Route selection between stations involves strategic tradeoffs between resources, progress and risk.
Successful runs allow train upgrades, machine improvements and gear enhancements that increase survival odds on subsequent journeys. The colorful apocalypse setting balances chaos with absurd humor as civilization rebuilds from scrap metal. All aboard for the R.A.I.L. Together playtest.
