Rebel Core: Awakens is a fast-paced sci-fi action platformer inspired by 16-bit classics where you jump, shoot, slash, and shield to liberate a world conquered by machines.
In Rebel Core: Awakens you play as a lone rebel machine awakening in an abandoned laboratory, stepping into a scorching wasteland seeking answers and retribution. You’ll face the 8 Core Robotics in any order using a rock-paper-scissors combat system balancing ranged attacks, melee strikes, and shield defenses. Defeating bosses creates ripple effects changing elements of other levels – from cosmetic shifts to structural changes.
