Retail Royale is a first person battle royale game that takes place within a large IKEA-esque furniture retail store.
In Retail Royale players face off to be the last one standing in a IKEA inspired retail store (going by the name of IDEA). There’s a focus on melee weaponry, such as crowbars and axes, but you’ll also be able to use ranged weapons, such as a bow, a nailgun, a pencil crossbow and a meatball launcher. Also, there’s always plenty of furniture nearby that you can pick up and launch at your rivals.
There’s something about wandering around an IKEA that makes ordinary happy couples want to tear each other apart, so it should make for a great battle royale setting. It looks like a lot of fun and it’ll be nice to get a chance to wreck those pristine furniture displays!
