Road to Jukai is a first-person psychological horror game about a night-shift taxi driver transporting passengers between small Japanese towns.
In Road to Jukai you work the night shift in a remote region where not all odd passengers you pick up after sunset are what they seem, and sometimes it’s safer to just keep your eyes on the road. You’ll experience a disturbing non-linear story spanning six nights in a region marked by tragedy and mystery where the dead still call out from beyond. Drive between quiet towns on forest routes and witness what unfolds after nightfall as you prepare for whoever or whatever steps into your taxi.
Pick up odd passengers whose stories and requests grow more unsettling every night, leading you toward the strange massive forest the locals whisper about. Every fare could be your last when destinations lead deeper into supernatural territory. Check out the playtest to shift into high fear.
