Rollick N’ Roll is a fun little physics-based button-fiddling puzzle game where you attempt to guide toys through various Screwball Scramble-esque marble runs.
In Rollick N’ Roll your goal is to guide various toy cars/boats/trains/etc through the various obstacles in each level to the goal. You don’t control the vehicles directly, but you can press various buttons that can cause different parts of the level to move, allowing you to raise and lower platforms, move barriers and crank vehicles up hills. Things start off easily, but as more buttons and more vehicles are added things get more challenging.
It’s a well crafted puzzle game that makes creative use of the marble run premise and has lots of creative level designs. The whole thing feels very tactile, making you feel like you’re playing with a real toy – in fact it’ll make you wish there were physical versions of them that you could play with!
