RoomScape is a fantastic first person puzzle adventure with some very inventive puzzle design and a dark Sci-Fi narrative that sees you attempting to escape from a mysterious research facility.
In RoomScape you take on the role of a female protagonist who wakes up in a strange research facility. It soon becomes apparent that your memory has been wiped and a voice coming through the PA system assures you that if you solve the series of puzzles set out for you then you’ll earn your freedom and your memories back.
The facility is broken up into four main sections, each of which has a very different set of puzzles to solve and even some secrets to uncover. The puzzle design is fantastic throughout, often with some very creative solutions that require you to pay close attention to your surrounding and to think outside of the box.
The visuals aren’t spectacular, but the fantastic puzzle design and intriguing Sci-Fi narrative really make RoomScape a must play. A cleverly crafted puzzle adventure that will really test your grey matter. Highly recommended.
