Rumble Stumble Tumble is a tricky little precision runner where you run, jump, slide and swing your way out of a trap-filled temple while being chased by a Raiders of the Lost Ark-esque boulder.
In Rumble Stumble Tumble you control an Indiana Jones style adventurer who has to grab a valuable treasure then escape from a trap filled temple. It isn’t technically an auto-runner as you can control your left and right movement with the A & D keys, but in reality if you ever press left once you’ve picked up the treasure then you’ll be squashed by a boulder soon after. To escape you’ll have to activate switches that deactivate traps and open doors, and there are 16 coins to collect too if you’re feeling particularly adventurous.
It’s a fun little game with challenging reflex testing gameplay, charming retro visuals and very precise controls. Once you get to grips with it then it’s not too hard to beat the temple, but you’ll need to pull out all the stops to achieve the secret ending!
