RWBY: Amity Arena is a real-time strategic dueling game for iOS and Android devices that allows you to command your favorite RWBY characters as they do battle in the world of Remnant.
There is very little in the way of info available about the actual gameplay of RWBY: Amity Arena at the moment, but the tiny glimpses that you can see in the hilariously non-informative “E3 2018 First Look Play Test” video seem to suggest it’s a top-down card based Clash Royale-esque 1v1 duelling game. There are nine different arenas to fight in, each based on a different location of Remnant, and each with a space for a base and two defense turrets at each side (and you presumably send your RWBY characters charging across them to try and destroy your opponents base).
RWBY: Amity Arena draws inspiration from Remnant: The Board Game and has a narrative that involves Hunters and Huntresses competing in the Vytal Festival. You’ll be able to collect all of your favorite characters and costumes from the RWBY series and use them to customize your team of combatants. You’ll also be able to join Academies with other players and challenge other students.
