In Scorched Warfare, you return to the beginning of a conflict after a catastrophic rift tears open above your empire’s walls, attempting to change history by leading diverse regiments through expeditions with escalating difficulty. Combat toggles between third-person warmaster action – personally slaughtering enemies with unlockable skills – and tactical overhead view for precise troop positioning and strategic planning. Permanent regiment enhancements through talent trees combine with temporary expedition upgrades like fire, explosions, and poison to create powerful builds tailored to your preferred playstyle.
