Spilled! is a chilled out and oddly satisfying cozy game where you pilot a little boat and clean up pollution in the river.
The gameplay in Spilled! is simple and stress-free as you potter about cleaning up polluted water. You sail around sucking up oil sticks and pushing trash into recycle areas. You earn cash from your deposits in the recycle points which you can then use to purchase upgrades for your speed, capacity and scoop size. There are also optional animals to find and rescue along the way.
A full game would need a bit more depth to hold players attention, but there’s no denying the demo is a very pleasant and oddly addictive experience. The visuals are delightful and there’s a real satisfaction to be had from leaving the rivers sparkly clean!
