I’ve gotten 18 visits on Itch.io from your review alone, and I’m pleasently surprised that anyone actually took the time. And I can confirm, there IS a secret in the game. I won’t tell you where it is, or how to get to it, but it’s there. And also, if you include the secret, there are more than 4 levels. ;)

(Also, I’m still working on that secret. It’s not finished, and it’s supposed to be a big part of the game, just not necessary for completing the game.)
