In Tattered Banners you raid caravans, bribe gate guards, smuggle goods, torch farms, spy on lords, and lay siege to castles – watching consequences ripple outward. Torching a farm may lead to famine, refugees, and rising bandit power, while prosperous trade routes allow cities to grow larger armies. These chains of cause and effect determine which houses thrive and how prepared the realm is for war.
Progression comes through exploration – learn to raid from bandits, poison wells from forest witches, or steal supplies from desperate foremen.
