Tell Me Owl is a top-down western shooter inspired by classic NES action games built for casual and hardcore players alike.
In Tell Me Owl, you’ll battle through diverse weird west regions – old settlements, abandoned cathedrals, and the abyss itself – using one of four playable characters (two in the demo). There’s no HUD to distract you and you’ll need to pay close attention to audio and visual cues to survive as you fight your way up vertically scrolling levels, Ikari Warriors style.
It’s a challenging game with plenty of bullets to dodge, secrets and multi-phase bosses who evolve through multiple stages (you can even stay in the area after you complete a boss to go for an even more challenging second battle). Currency you earn can then be used to upgrade stats and purchase items that will appear in levels in future runs. Check out the demo to draw your revolver.
