The Ballad of the Metamorphosis of M. Dolly is a very silly and surreal little musical adventure about being trapped in the body of a sheep.
Taking just a few minutes to play through, The Ballad of the Metamorphosis of M. Dolly is essentially more of an interactive music video than a game. It sees you exploring a strange high contrast virtual world and walking up to structures which then triggers the next verse of a wonderfully weird song about being trapped in the body of a sheep, often accompanied by giant sheep spawning around you.
It’s thoroughly ridiculous and pretty light on actual gameplay, but The Ballad of the Metamorphosis of M. Dolly is a fun little experience that’s guaranteed to make you smile. The simple, surreal high-contrast visuals work well and the song is hilarious (and quite catchy). Three minutes of musical sheepy silliness well worth checking out.
