In The Last Keeper you play as Thomas Marshall, a new lighthouse keeper stationed on an isolated island with a history of vanished attendants. You’ll perform essential maintenance tasks during daylight – winding mechanisms, polishing the Fresnel lens, and managing lamp oil – while preparing for the horrors that emerge after sunset. Every night becomes a desperate struggle to keep the light burning until dawn as malevolent forces close in from all directions.
Voice recognition mechanics become essential as you recite protective incantations or communicate with unseen entities. The voice features add a uniquely immersive layer to the mounting dread as you discover blood-chilling diary entries from previous keepers.
